Census and Padrones

About Censuses and Padrones

An alternative to censuses are “padrones”, which are countings of the neighbors or inhabitants of a town.
The Cuban Census information published by the US does not contain the names of the enumerated individuals. Some do, however, contain listings of the employees that took part in the Census. These listings may be useful since they provide the employees’ full names and positions in the organization, and also the names of the municipalities and barrios where they were assigned, if enumerators or instructors.
The content that requires a Membership is labeled as “PREMIUM CONTENT.”
